Execute applications:
All editions are capable of running applications of any size (subject only to
machine constraints and absolute system limits).
This means that an organisation may develop a pro forma and then freely distirubte the outcomes to any body they wish. It is a bit like having a reader version for a word processing program.
Build applications:
You need the ability to build applications if you want to do anything more
than run an application. This allows applications to be set up without a
pre-existing application, or existing applications to be amended.

of items allowed is constrained by the edition you use. All prices are GST inclusive (where applicable).
